There is extreme favoritism at every level and the pay is significantly lower than industry standards while the benefits are rather expensive.
Several seemingly hard working employees were replaced by people who like to brag about themselves and belittle others (all while not getting much work done). Over time, it became a negative environment. Perhaps some of that was true but the status of layoffs was a blatant lie so as a potential employee consider the fact that if someone is readily volunteering themselves to lie to the general public and media, what else will they lie to you about as an employee? When I started the company was an decent enough place to work. This is relevant to future hopeful employees because the CEO felt it necessary to go to several news sources after the permanent layoffs were completed and state how he feels so bad for those laid off, all layoffs are temporary and he was establishing a fund to help people by donating his salary (a simple internet search can verify these statements). PERMANENTLY LAID OFF due to Covid-19 on March 20, 2019.
Worked for William Hill in Las Vegas for several years.
