We also paid £300 for private covid tests in the UK. We spent £10k for two weeks to have a break from the covid chaos and to celebrate Christmas AND New Year. We felt so lucky to be able to have been away during these times. I’d also like to point out how well the hotel dealt with Covid procedures during this extremely challenging time for us all. They all are a huge asset and a big credit to Sandals and I hope they get recognized for this. They are genuine, warm, friendly and extremely hard working and really went out of their way to make our trip both memorable and exceptional. We really enjoyed the multiple dining options included and the rooms are fantastic, especially the bath tub on the balcony! I would really like to highlight the three incredible butlers we had during our stay, Shamara, Raesheda & Lynnia. A big thank you to every single member of staff we met who were amazing. The moment we arrived, the exemplary and friendly service started and remained throughout all of our stay. We’re both fortunate to travel extensively through work and have stayed at lots of high end hotels/ships. We have enjoyed one of our best holidays at this hotel.
